Exempt from Federal VOC regulations, including Californian air resource board (CARB) and OTC regulations and the HAP-free and will not contribute to ozone-depletion and global warming. Our unique reed diffuser bases are specifically designed to provide maximum scent dispersion, full evaporation and better wicking up in all types of reeds including fiber and rattan.
